You can return your product within 30 days of your original purchase if:
- was bought in the last 30 days,
- It hasn't been used, and
- Either a) there's a defect in the product, or b) it's significantly different from what you expected based on the campaign design.

Please note: Once your order has shipped, we aren't able to modify or cancel it. Some orders may ship within as little as 12 hours, so it's important to contact us promptly if you have any concerns.
Once you've contacted us, we'll provide simple instructions on how to return your item(s). Please be aware that shipping costs for returns are not refundable, and you'll be responsible for the cost of shipping as well as any potential risks (loss or damage) during transit. Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund for the product—shipping fees, unfortunately, aren't included in the refund.
